The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the management has submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak (Exhibit-C). Subsequent reminders are also issued. However, the order are not passed on the same.

In case, the proposal is filed by the institution seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exhibit-C) and if the same is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own

(2) 58-wp-13025-2018 merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
