The petitioner is anxious to get decided his tribe claim pending since 2017. The learned Counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner as been shortlisted for the recruitment process undertaken by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission. 4.

Learned AGP informs that six weeks would be required to conclude the proceedings.
