We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for respondent No. 3. 2.

The service book has been received by the management before the Education Officer on 14.05.2018. In fact, it is the management, which should be in possession of the approval orders.

The respondent institution shall forward the pension

2 wp 13035.18 proposal of the petitioner complete in all respects within a period of six (06) weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
