Sambre, J.), dated 08/06/2017, in Civil Revision Application No. 220/2016, wherein the statement of Ramesh Dattatraya Bhingare (husband of the present petitioner) as well as the present petitioner / wife has been recorded that they would surrender the vacant possession of the suit premises by 31/03/2018. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, fairly states that this petition can be disposed of, considering the statement recorded in the order dated 08/06/2017.
