The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the Additional Divisional Commissioner, dated 28.8.2017, with reference to the mutation entries.

The petitioner has an efficacious statutory remedy of filing a second revision, in the light of the judgment of the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra (2016) 2 SCC 213].

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the time spent by the petitioner in this Court may be considered as a ground for condonation of delay.
