Learned counsel for both sides request for transfer of this proceeding to Family Court, Aurangabad.

Learned counsel for the respondent request for all three proceeding bearing RCC No. 2753/2023, PWDVA Application No. 519/2023 pending JMFC, Aurangabad. She claims that all these proceedings be kept on one date of hearing so that no harassment is caused to the respondent.
