The petitioner's proposal for verification of the tribe certificate has been pending with the Committee. He has been served with the notice by the employer threatening of termination for failure to produce the validity certificate.

On instructions, the learned AGP submits that the petitioner's proposal would be decided within six months. We accept the statement as an undertaking to the Court and dispose of the petition by directing the committee to decide the proposal within six months with a further direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to take coercive action for a period of six months.
