ORDER:

Mr Pulkundwar, the learned AGP, on instructions, states that the petitioner is required to submit following three documents. (i) 7/12 extract.

(ii) Bank statement to show that account has become nonperforming asset. (iii) The date of service of notice u/s 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short "SRFAESIA Act").

Mr Bolkar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that all these documents are submitted. The petitioner would once again submit these documents.

The petitioner shall appear before the District Magistrate and furnish the aforesaid documents on 29.01.2018. On receipt of these documents, the District Magistrate shall take up proceedings u/s 14 of the SRFAESIA Act and further steps pursuant thereto immediately, in accordance with law.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
