The application is filed for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.7B Babu @ Satish Pandurang Pandhare on record, who admittedly died on 06.01.1996, by condoning the delay of 2580 days. Though the application is opposed, but considering the right to sue the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to cost of Rs.

(2) 926 CA-1884.2019.odt 4000/- to be paid to Library, Advocates' Association of Bombay High Curt, Bench at Aurangabad. Amendment be carried out within stipulated period, after deposit of cost. The application is disposed of.

The application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1A Kamlabai Baburao Dhokar on record, by condoning the delay of 33 days. However, it appears that the legal heirs i.e. respondent Nos.1B and 1 C are already on record. Under such circumstances, the respondent No.1A be shown as "since deceased". The application is accordingly disposed of.
