At the request of the learned advocate for the petitioner, the second Writ Petition No.13368/2019, which was not on the board, was also called for and taken on the board, to be heard along with the first Writ Petition No.13241/2019.

The learned advocate for the petitioner was heard for quite some time on the grounds raised in both the petitions. He submits that Regular Civil Suit No.47/2012 (old Special Civil Suit No.65/2009) is posted for final arguments. All the grounds permissible in law may be kept available to the petitioner to be raised in a regular civil appeal, if the suit is decided against him by the Trial Court.

In view of the above, both these Writ Petitions are disposed
