The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that all these Petitioners would prepare a common representation by putting their signatures and would tender the same to Respondent No.3. It is requested that Respondent No.3 may consider the grievances of these Petitioners.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. After the Petitioners make a representation to Respondent No.3, let the said Respondent conduct a verification and scrutiny of the representation and the grievances of the Petitioners, by following the due procedure laid down in law, only if Respondent No.3 has the jurisdiction to do so. If any decision is arrived at by the said authority, the same may be conveyed to the Petitioners on the address mentioned by them in the representation.
