The limited relief is claimed by the petitioner that respondent no. 2 is not deciding the application / compliant filed by him with regard to disqualification of respondent nos. 3 and 4.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that in case the complaint filed by the petitioner is pending, respondent no. 2 would decide it on its own merits.

In view of the said statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further orders are necessary. Respondent no. 2 shall decide the said application / complaint in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
