By this application, the applicants / original petitioners seek condonation of delay in filing restoration application and restoration of Writ Petition No. 3005 of 1995. The grounds for condonation of delay and supporting the restoration are mentioned in paragraphs No. 4 to 7 and 7 (A) of the application. 2.

The learned Advocates for the respondents opposed the application stating that there is an inordinate delay of 8 years in filing the restoration application.

In paragraphs No.4 to 7 and 7(A), the applicants have sufficiently explained the delay and have made out a case for restoration of the writ petition.

In that view of the matter, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A' and 'B' subject to condition that the applicants shall deposit costs of Rs. 25,000/- with the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Aurangabad, within four weeks from today.
