The amount directed to be paid of Rs.4000/- per month with condition to stay of execution of the decree does not seems to be unreasonable.

Considering the same, this court would dismiss the present writ petition however direction is given to the trial court to conclude the appeal within three (03) months from the date of receipt of the order of this court. The parties appearing before me submits that they would cooperate in the expeditious disposal of the appeal and they would not seek adjournment. Since, the interim order was operating the same stands vacated by virtue of the dismissal of the writ petition. If any outstanding amount is due,
