This Civil Application seeks to substitute the petitioner by his legal heirs in the wake of his death on 26.05.2019. It is also stated that the present applicant was already on record as the General Power of Attorney of the petitioner. 2.

In the wake of the above, I see no legal impediment in allowing the application. This Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today.
