He submits that the learned Reference Court has granted enhancement on the basis of award in previous land acquisition reference, however the same is challenged and first appeal is already admitted against said award.

Considering the challenge in the present appeals, presently, interim stay to the execution of the impugned award is hereby granted upon deposit of 50% of the awarded amount along with up to date proportionate interest, in this Court, within a period of twelve weeks from today.
