The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.3, on instructions, submits that programme of the election has already been declared and as such the challenge raised by the Petitioner to delimitation of wards and prescription of reservation does not deserves to

Since the programme of the election has set in motion, in exercise of extra ordinary writ jurisdiction of this Court, no interference is called for. Keeping option of the Petitioner open to avail of the remedies available in law at an appropriate stage, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
