Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition and close the proceedings under The Mamlatdars' Courts Act in view of Section 26. They would prefer to pursue the civil litigation originating from RCS No.182/2017 and would also desire to challenge the judgment delivered by the Appellate Court dated 16/03/2018 in MCA No.131/2017.

Considering the statement made as above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to pursue the pending civil suit and to assail the judgment of the Appellate Court. khs/MARCH 2019/12849-d
