Shri. S. S. Jadhav, learned counsel for applicant submits that the evidence of five witnesses in the trial is already recorded. However, the trial is being protracted by the complainant by seeking adjournments and the Court, which is assigned with the trial, is already transferred. 2.

In view of the above, liberty to the applicant to move the District Judge for allotting the trial to some other Court, if the Court taking up the trial is not available.

The hearing of the trial be expedited and same be concluded within three months from the date of receipt of this order in view of the fact
