Pursuant to the order dated 07-10-2025, the Police Head Constable Mr. Sanap executed the warrant on the appellant and produced the appellant before the court at 12:45 p.m. The appellant has no complaint about ill-treatment at the hands of the police. He is taken into MCR.

Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the appellant to obtain the signature of the appellant on the Vakil Patra and the application.

The learned advocate for the applicant tendered the criminal application for his release on bail across the bar. The same is taken on record.

Pursuant to the order dated 07-10-2025, the police have executed the N.B.W. against the applicant.

The applicant contended that he is suffering from a brain haemorrhage and other ailments. Therefore, he is undergoing medical treatment for the same. He further assured the court that he would regularly attend and work out the matter. 4.
In view of the above, and considering the facts of the case the application is allowed.

The applicant be released on furnishing PB and SB of Rs. 50,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. The bail bond is to be executed before the learned Sessions Court within four weeks from today.

Until then, the applicant is to be released on a PB of Rs. 50,000/-, to be executed today before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court. On executing the PR bond, he will be released on bail for a period of four weeks.

List the appeal on 07-11-2025.
