PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.2, to consider the application tendered by the petitioner on 7.9.2015, only so far as the return of the amount, in accordance with Policy, prescribed by the State Government, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 weeks from today and it is accordingly directed. It is clarified that, the request made by the petitioner for extension of term in respect of excavation of sand, shall not be considered, because such a course is not contemplated under the Policy prescribed by the Government on 12.3.2013. If the petitioner is found entitled to receive the amount, same shall be disbursed to him, within a period three months from the date of such determination. Writ petition is disposed of.
