No. 6247 of 2016 sentence imposed upon the applicant - accused, by order passed by the Magistrate at Chalisgaon, on 06th April, 2011, and confirmed by the lower appellate Court, is suspended, till 17th March 2017, however, on condition that the applicant - accused shall deposit the amount of compensation as directed by the learned Magistrate, till 28th February 2017, with the Registry of this Court.
