This petition has been moved seeking parole leave for marriage of his daughter. Marriage of daughter of the petitioner is scheduled on 15.10.2023. As per rules, four days parole is permissible with extension of equal number of days. 4.

In view of the above, we allow this petition and direct the authorities concerned to release the petitioner on parole for 8 days with effect from tomorrow.
