The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent no.5-Collector, Jalgaon who has acted as an arbitrator under the National Highways Act to decide her application dated 06.10.2022 claiming the reliefs pursuant to the directions of the Supreme Court in the matter of Union of India & Anr. V/s. Tarsem Singh & Ors. (Civil Appeal No.7604/2019) decided on 19.09.2019.
