The petitioner is now restricting his prayer to the extent of nonpayment of the salary for the period from 19.8.2017 to 19.3.2018. During the said period, the petitioner was not allowed to join in the institution by respondent no.5.

It is submitted that the petitioner has already made an application for grant of salary for the said period to the Education Officer. 3.

Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur shall decide the said application and take decision upon it with regard to the admissibility of the salary to the petitioner for the period from 19.8.2017 to 19.3.2018 within a period of three months. 4.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
