It is the contention of petitioner that, his application for deciding tribe claim is pending with the respondent No.1 since 31.12.2019. 2.

We are mindful of the fact that, due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, substantial period of time has been lost in it and many of the government establishments were unable to function properly. 3.

Be that as it may. Respondent No.1 is hereby requested to decide caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one (01) year from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
