We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

This Court had allowed the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner bearing Writ Petition No. 4512 of 2013 under order, dated 28.1.2014. This Court had set aside the order and held that the petitioner is entitled for continuity in service, but the Court did not award back wages. 3.

In the light of above, the prayer made by the petitioner for release of salary between 1.3.2013 to 24.3.2014 cannot be considered.

As far as another prayer of the petitioner for grant of promotional benefit in the form of two increments is concerned, the petitioner may make application/representation with respondent nos. 5 and 6. On receipt of such application, respondents nos. 5 and 6 shall consider the judgment and order of this Court in Writ Petition No. 4512 of 2013, dated 28.1.2014 granting continuity in service and shall take decision upon the said representation within a period of six weeks from the date of said representation and thereafter shall forward the same to the Education Officer.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
