The learned counsel has pointed out the statements at page nos.48 and 49 of the petition,
(1) that the Experience Certificate was obtained simply for getting job though the petitioner was not actually doing the said job which is shown in the Certificate. This conduct of the petitioner of obtaining false Experience Certificate is not at all proper.
(2) Her conduct shows that she had gone to the extent of getting such false Experience Certificate.

(3) Here conduct of the petitioner is not seen to be proper and she is seen to be a wrongdoer in the sense of obtaining such false Experience Certificate and thus she is not entitled for any relief.
This part of the statements is adversely affecting the petitioner and that the same is not in consonance with the record available.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to expunge the statements.

In view of the same the above portion of the statements is expunged.

The learned counsel for the parties submits that the parties have arrived at the settlement, the same is filed here and in view of the statement, they submits that they do not wish to conduct the matter. 6.
