Petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to issue direction to respondent No.1 to decide his caste claim within stipulated period.

We are mindful of the fact that, due to Covid-19 pandemic situation and due to it substantial period has lost in it, many of the government establishments were unable to function properly. 3.

Be that as it may. The respondent No.1 is requested to decide caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one (01) year from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
