Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No. 430/2023 registered with Bhusawal Bazar Peth Police Station, District Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 186, 506, 504 r/ w 34 of I:C and under Sections 48(7), 48(8) of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

Perusal of the first information report as well as the investigation papers do not show that the offence under Section 379 of IPC can be made attributable against the applicant. There is substance in the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant at the most offence under Section 186 of IPC from the attracted against him which is bailable.

Having regard to these facts, application is allowed in terms of interim order dated 18th October, 2023.
