2] There is an innocuous prayer in the Petition inasmuch as the petitioner is seeking directions to respondent no.2 to decide the proposal of continuation of the petitioner in the employment/services of respondent nos.3 and 4.

3] In that view of the matter, we direct the Education Officer [Primary], Zilla Parishad, Latur, to take final decision, if already not taken, as expeditiously as possible, however, within six weeks from today on its own merits.

4] With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
