This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased appellant No.3 on record, who expired on 12.8.2019. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that original appellant No.3 expired on 12.8.2019 and the present application for bringing legal heirs was presented on 17.10.2019 i.e. within limitation. Copy of death certificate is enclosed at Exh.A to the civil application. Since the application is filed within limitation, the same should be allowed. Hence, the following order:-

Civil application stands allowed.

Legal heirs of appellant No.3 are permitted to be brought on record as appellant Nos. 3-1 to 3-4. Amendment to be carried out within 14 days.
