This application is for condonation of delay of six days in filing Second Appeal. Though there are some mistakes in the application, liberal approach is required to be taken.

The learned Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 is strongly objecting, on the ground that the ground mentioned is not at all sufficient and proper.

As aforesaid liberal approach is taken, taking into consideration

CA_666_2019 the fact that the delay is of only six days and the fact that the applicant is an agriculturist coming from rural area. Hence, following order.

ORDER

The application is allowed.

Delay is condoned.

Registry to verify and register the Second Appeal and place it for consideration on 07.06.2019.
