Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 18.08.2022 passed below Exhibit-5 by the learned District Judge-1, Latur in Misc. Civil Appeal No.67 of 2021, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner came to be dismissed. 3.

Both counsels have submitted that now the evidence of plaintiff is over and even the learned Appellate Court directed the Trial Court to decide the main suit as expeditiously as possible vide its order dated 18.08.2022.

In view of the above, as the plaintiff has led the evidence, the purpose would be served by directing the Trial Court to decide the suit within a period of six months from today. 5.

The petition is disposed of.
