The applicants are the legal representatives of deceased Shantilal Zumberlal Kothari who is appellant no.1(2). The application is for bringing legal heirs of Shantilal Zumberlal Kothari who died on 11th May, 2000, as per the copy of the death certifcate annexed with the application. Though there is delay of 1229 days, but the right to sue still survive. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, delay of 1229 days stands condoned and the applicants are permitted to bring themselves on record. The
