The present application is filed in the year 2016. The applicantappellant Insurance Company has deposited decreetal amount granted by the learned Tribunal. The original claimants are also permitted to withdraw the some part of the amount. In such circumstances, there is no property to grant any stay to the impugned Judgment and Award. Hence, application deserves to be disposed of. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
