Heard Mr.V.Y.Patil, learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

It is not in dispute that Contempt Petition is admitted and during the pendency of the petition, earlier President Narendra Bhaskarrao Patil expired and Nilkanth Shankarrao Katkar is appointed as President of Jalgaon Zilla Maratha Vidya Prasarak Sahakari Samaj Ltd., Jalgaon. As such newly elected President would be a necessary party to the petition.

In view of the submission of Mr.Patil, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Amendment be carried out within one week from today. On carrying out amendment, issue notice to the added respondent Nilkanth Shankarrao Katkar, making the same returnable after eight weeks.

The application is disposed of.
