This petition can be disposed of by giving directions to the respondents to take decision on the medical bills submitted by the petitioner for reimbursement. Accordingly, we direct respondents to take decision on said medical bills submitted for reimbursement, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of six weeks from today and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The entitlement of the petitioner for said medical bills or interest at the rate of 12% p.a. as claimed by petitioner, it is for the respondent-authority to take appropriate decision on it. Needless to observe that, we have not expressed any opinion on merit.
