On the request of learned advocate for the applicants, the motion is moved for speaking to minutes of the order dated 23.01.2025, as at the beginning of para 3 of the said order, the words "out of the remaining amount" inadvertently remained to be typed. 2.

Learned advocates for the respondents do not dispute this position. In view of the same, para 3 of the said order reads as under:- "3.

Out of the remaining amount, the applicants are therefore, permitted to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing solvent surety/security and 25% on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, alongwith accrued interest thereon.
