It is submitted that, the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is approved by the Education Officer. Subsequently as per the letter of the Education Officer to the Commissioner (Education) prior to two months of completion of probation period, the petitioner is declared surplus. The Education Officer has sought guidance from the Commissioner for further course of action. The same is pending with the Commissioner. The Director of Education (Primary) has directed Education Officer (Primary) to prepare the list of surplus Shikshan Sevaks and to sent the proposal to the Director of Education Primary. It appears that, the process has not been

The Commissioner shall take decision with regard to the guidance sought by the Education Officer (Primary) (page 20) within a period of three (03) months from today. The Education Officer Primary and the Commissioner of Education shall act as per the letter dated 19.03.2018 issued by the Director of Education (Primary) qua the petitioner within a period of four

(04) months from today. Commensurate thereto the further steps shall be taken immediately. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

If the management forwards the salary bills of the petitioner, the same shall be processed by the competent authority in accordance with law.
