Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 30/01/2018 whereby registration of their frst appeal was refused for non-removal of offce objections. There is also a huge delay for fling this application and in the meantime, the appeal memo and annexures are also destroyed. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to reconstruct the documents and to remove all the offce objections within four weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 30/01/2018 stands recalled by condoning the delay and the appeal after reconstruction be restored for removal of offce objections within four weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.2,000/- to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
