As per order dated 29.08.2024, the matter was referred for mediation. Advocate Mr. A.M. Gholap was appointed as a Mediator to settle the dispute between the parties. In pursuance of the said order, the Mediator has submitted successful mediation report along with the settlement terms between both the sides. The said mediation report along with settlement agreement is taken on record and marked as Exhibits 'X' and 'X-1' respectively. 2.

Since the petitioner and respondent have amicably settled the dispute as per settlement agreement Exhibits 'X' and 'X-1', the writ petition is disposed of in terms of settlement agreement Exhibits 'X' and 'X-1'.

Accordingly, the impugned order dated 26.09.2023 passed below Exhibit-6 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Amalner, District Jalgaon in Criminal Appeal No.19/2019 is hereby quashed and set aside.
