This Civil Application was taken out under the pretext that despite the protection been granted by this Court, the employer of the applicants terminated the services of the Applicants. 2.

Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the applicants informs that an order dated 08.10.2025, terminating the services of employees has been revoked by the employer of the applicants vide subsequent communication dated 17.10.2025. Accepting the said statement, we dispose of this civil application as nothing survives in this civil application.
