Learned counsel for applicant states that the address of respondent no. 2, shown in civil application is very same as had been there in the proceeding before the tribunal furnished by the claimant in claim petition. He states that respondent no. 2 had been served on the same address in the proceeding before tribunal, however, the office endorsement shows that address of respondent no. 2, is incomplete / insufficient.

In the circumstances, he urges to grant civil application to issue notice to respondent no. 2 by publishing it in widely circulated newspaper 'Daily Lokamanthan' in Pune district.
