Heard. It was submitted by learned counsel for the appellant Insurance Company that the trailer was insured but the tractor was not. As such, one of the vehicles involved in the accident had an insurance cover. In view of the same, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount in deposit along with interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking. Civil Application is disposed of. ( R.
