Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/ wife, who makes the statement that an amount of Rs.1,30,000/- is deposited in this Court by the respondent/ husband towards arrears of maintenance. 2.

Since the amount deposited in this Court is towards arrears of maintenance, the learned counsel for the husband states that he has no objection to permit the withdrawal of the said amount. 3.

In the wake of the aforesaid statement, the applicant/ wife, on tendering her identification to the Registry of this Court, may be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the husband in this Court along with interest, if any which has accrued on the said amount. 4.

It is stated by the respective counsel that the matrimonial
