After this matter was heard for sometime, the learned Advocate representing the Management sought a pass over to take instructions.

After the matter was called out, the learned Advocate submits that the Management will forward the proposal, complete in all respects, to the Education Officer (Secondary), seeking approval for the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate basis, in the light of the order of appointment, dated 01/06/2007.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- (a) The Management would ensure that the fresh proposal is prepared and forwarded to the Education Officer (Secondary), so as to reach his office, on or before 20/04/2022.

(b) The Education Officer shall consider the said proposal on it's own merits and pass an appropriate order. 4.

If the grievance of the petitioner, in connection with his employment and/or non-payment of salary is not redressed, he would be at liberty to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law. (S. G. DIGE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) sjk
