This Petition takes exception to the judgment and order dated 2.08.2016 passed by the learned Sessions Court, Gangakhed in Criminal Revision No. 11/2015.

It is the contention of the Petitioner that the learned Trial Court has passed the said order of granting maintenance of Rs. 2,000/- per month to the Respondents is excessive and without considering evidence in respect of income of the Petitioner. 3.

Perusal of the order clearly shows that the trial Court has rightly taken into consideration income of the Petitioner herein. There is nothing on record to show that the said observations made by the trial Court

When the Petitioner is receiving gross salary of Rs. 21,529/-, the order passed by the trial Court of granting Rs. 2,000/- per month is not excessive. Hence, there is no substance in the Petition. Accordingly, the Petition stands dismissed.
