This civil application seeks service of summons to respondent No.4 through paper publication. The reasons justifying the said prayer are found in paragraph No.3 of the application. On being convinced that the circumstances do exist to serve summons to respondent No.4 through paper publication, civil application is made absolute in terms prayer clause A & B, which read thus :- "A) The Civil application for service of summons through paper publication be allowed.

B) The petitioner be allowed to serve the respondent No.4 through khs/Jan.2022/647

- 2 - paper publication i.e. through "Dainik Lokmat" Latur Edition, Latur in the interest of justice."
