Perused the allegations in the F.I.R.

Though the applicants are residing at different places and applicant no.2 is working as Gram Sevak, we cannot conclude firmly that their involvement is ruled out from commission of the alleged offences, which are mentioned in the F.I.R. On careful perusal of the allegations in the F.I.R., the ingredients of the alleged offences are

6252.16appln disclosed, which need further investigation. Therefore, at this stage, we are not inclined to entertain the prayer for quashing F.I.R. Hence the application stands rejected. However, we make it clear that rejection of this application cannot be construed as an impediment to the applicants to take exception to the charge-sheet in the event of filing the same by the Investigating Officer or for filing the application for discharge before the concerned Court, as the case may be.
